Summary

Directs all bus traffic and dispenses information to guests concerning their visit to the facility.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Responsible for assisting with the daily set-up, execution and related emcee functions of daily casino prize giveaway promotions.

2. Promotes Tropicana products, services, events and promotions via public address system.

3. Educates players in the understanding, application and usage of the Tropicana Rewards card to include its benefits.

4. Interacts with all casino related

5. Escorts bus groups onto the Casino Floor to assist patrons with directions, and general information.

6. Distributes and describes all coupons and incentives to bus customers.

7. Responsible for assisting with all paperwork and accountability.

8. Responsible for assisting with greeting all guests.

9. Responsible for assisting with the emcee functions of weekly slot tournaments as assigned.

10. Promotes Tropicana products, services, events and promotions via public address system throughout the day.

11. Responsible for assisting with the input of all passenger information not captured by reservations.

12. Responsible for assisting with educating passengers on the Players Club benefits.

13. Responsible for maintaining daily procedures regarding the Players Club members which includes, discerning appropriate identification, filing and record keeping.

14. Responsible for assisting with maintain and balancing a cash drawer.

15. Responsible for assisting with coupons and newspaper promotions regarding gaming specials and promotions on property.

16. Responsible for making public announcements; pre-boarding or special announcements.

17. Responsible for assisting with direct mail inquiries to include updating customer account information and related duties.

18. Assists with the resolution of player complaints and problems.

19. Assists with promotional item implementation, distribution and redemption.

20. Reports customer problems to other appropriate department for resolution.

21. Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education And/Or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or 1 to 3 year's equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming Commission License.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Team Members of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole

numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and

interpret bar graphs.
