The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving food and beverages, and handling transactions while interacting in a positive, friendly and efficient manner with our guests.

This position requires to be at work between 5-5.30am in the morning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Helps guests select food and beverages by presenting menu, and understanding customer's special needs and/or dietary restrictions
• Maintains table setting by replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, being alert to any spills or other special needs
• Upsell the menus
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Some High School education or equivalent
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed

Desired Qualifications & Traits

• Previous server experience Preferred
• Prior experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) technology Preferred
• Enthusiastic and positive energy

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
