Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinates Regional meetings and builds relevant presentations and supporting analysis where needed.
  • Develops and execute communication strategies that keeps Management and project partners updated on project goals and status.
  • Responsible for making sure critical benchmarks are achieved and established timelines are adhered to in order to deliver projects timely, within scope, and within budget.
  • Research pricing and costs to help reduce overall expenses for the department.
  • Build and support the creation of System of Procedures as needed.
  • Responsible for supporting marketing in delivering Target, Contest and Short Term Incentive memos for submission to Business Management
  • Additional duties assigned by Management, as needed, to further business objectives.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • More than 5 years of experience in planning and leading projects, initiatives, and events.
  • 2 + years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience with Marketing department project management.
  • Timeshare industry experience.
  • PMP Certification.
