The I.T. Project & Sales Coordinator will support the Information Technology Department in daily operations by providing documentation, proposals/scopes of work, organization, procurement, shipping, receiving, support, communication, and accounting services for departmental projects.
Accurately and professionally publish sales proposals, scope of work documents, How To's, webinars and COPs meeting set deadlines.
Manage shipping and receiving, ensuring cost savings for corporate offices and properties.
Execute project, hotel and departmental purchases within 48 hours of approval.
Track, code, reconcile and submit accounts payable invoice within one week of receipt.
Provide support to Technical Services Manages with project closeouts, pre-opening services, annual budgets, P&L reconciliations and preparations of project proposals and purchase orders.
Maintain project timelines, budgeting estimates and status reports.
Audit and maintain vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain vendor and customer relations to maximize department profitability.
Work with Field Network Systems Team to produce accurate proposed high-speed internet system solutions.
Assist Technical Sales Team by maintaining customer customer leads and projects using current CRM software.
Innovate, improve and streamline daily work processes.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
