This individual will support digital marketing efforts in addition to being responsible for the customer journey through our hotels’, restaurants’ and bars’ websites and booking engines. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong web content editorial skills, copy and image editing skills, outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, and the desire to work in a highly collaborative, small team environment. The Web Content Manager will work with the Makeready Marketing Shared Services team and with individual hotel team members. S/he will report to the Corporate Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with our Area CRM & Digital Manager.
