What will I be doing?

As a Transportation Host you will meet and greet guests at specific locations and drives them to and from their tour between the Hilton Grand Vacations locations, local Hilton Hotels and any other locations as necessary. Act as a Las Vegas tour guide and give details regarding Las Vegas to guests, giving them a positive experience during their transportation.
  • Meets Guests at designated pick up locations.
  • Coordinates/Communicates with the Transportation Team all guests that need to be picked up or taken back to their resort.
  • Walk guests to and from the sales centers.
  • Maintain a courteous, smiling personality at all times while following the Hilton culture.
  • Checks and corrects manifested tours for the following day for accurate transportation pick-up.
  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
  • Keeps track of daily gas receipts

Drive for Results

  • Ensure timely transportation pick ups are communicated
  • Ensure that all Transporation team members function as a team and assist others accordingly


  • Responsible for adhering to the Hilton Cultural agreements
  • Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/ hours as required per business needs
  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the team member is capable of performing

  • Greet customers, vendors, guests and team members in a manner in which will promote the highest level of customer service.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and have working knowledge of Hotel Operations and provide directions and/or information as needed to hotel guests.
  • Ability to build instant rapport with guests projecting a professional company image.
  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
