Maintenance Supervisor needed for a great hotel company!
$19/Hour
Supervise the maintenance team, maintain and repair all areas of the hotel. This is a very hands on position, not an office position. Directly supervises 2-3 employees in the Engineering Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include maintaining PM schedules for all rooms, equipment and areas, projects and meeting guest requests.
Position reports to the General Manager and the Area Chief Engineer.
Position required working half of all weekend days.
Prior Hotel or Apartment Experience is required.
