Job Overview: This HR role directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of employee relations activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives

Qualifications:
Education: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelors Degree or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge of skills and abilities.
Experience: Previous experience working with a lifestyle hotel that includes a Spa and Food & Beverage is required. Experience with the recruitment and hiring of J1 and H2Bs is required. Three years of professional human resources experience which includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and affirmative action planning is required. Previous experience in the utilization of applicant tracking systems and HRIS. Experience with UKG & payroll processing is highly desired.
Licenses or certificates: SHRM Certification preferred.
Other: Additional language ability preferred.
