Greet and promptly serve our hotel guests. Provide professional courteous service, and close out guest account folios upon completion of their stay.

Listen and respond with empathy during all guest interactions. Provide accurate hotel information and local attractions within the area.

Handle all guest complaints with the most effective solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction. Remain calm and alert especially during emergency situations and heavy hotel activity. Plan and implement detailed steps by using experienced judgment and discretion.

Accept payment and handle cash and credit transactions, make change and balance an assigned house bank. Accept and record vouchers, travelers checks, and other forms of payment. Accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts according to brand and Crescent hotel standards.

Ensure that that the guest feels cared for, valued and respected.

An active team player during all employee interactions within all departments.

Engage with the guest often and provide sympathy and empathy when needed during problem resolution.
