The Brand New Holiday Inn Express Rocky Hill, CT is presently accepting applications for Front Desk Supervisor.

What you will be doing

• Assist in generating maximum financial performance of the Guest Service area.
• Provide guest services that meets or exceed company standards.
• Assist in the training and development of Guest Service line staff.
• Assisting GM/DOS with Social Media Management
• Member and participant of the Hotel's Manager On Duty Program
• F&B inventory control/ordering/purchasing locally
• Learning Night Audit to cover in case of Call Outs
• Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards employees and guests.
• "Guest First" approach.
• Minimum 2 years hotel desk experience preferred, also open to candidates with min.
• Experience in cash handling, accounting, and hotel Property Management Systems
• Must Have a USA State Issued Valid Drivers License 

Desirable Qualifications:   Previous experience in a limited or full-service hotel.
