We are currently looking to hire dishwashers at Whitney's.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
- Set up and break down of dish machine.
- Clean/sanitize/sort all pate ware, flatware, pans, cooking utensils using proper procedures.
- Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
- Cleaning of dish machine inside and outside.
- Clean tile walls and baseboards.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
- Assist fellow team members when possible.
- Train to help prep and/or expo.
