Director of Finance- Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on Del Monte Golf Course- Managed by Davidson Hospitality Group

The Hyatt Regency Monterey, a member of the Davidson Hospitality Group portfolio, is seeking its next Director of Finance to oversee the financial success of our 22-acre property that includes 560 guestrooms, Spa Adeline, Del Monte Golf Course, 40,000 square feet of meeting space, multiple food and beverage outlets along with several guest amenities. You

• You have 3+ years of experience in a hotel or resort accounting office, as a director
• You understand the operation and enjoy working alongside and supporting our ops leaders
• You have a reputation of knowing your hotel’s numbers like the back of your hand
• Your team respects you for your knowledge, work ethic, and willingness to train
• You have high attention to detail and strong time management skills

In an ideal world, you might even have Opera, M3, ProfitSword, and/or Birch Street knowledge. But if not, that’s fine too. We know strong DOF candidates like yourself are comfortable learning new systems.
