Description

The Club attendant services our Hilton Honors members within the Executive Lounge area. Our Gold and Diamond guests frequently visit these areas for breakfast and social gatherings. This position is responsible for the setup, clearing, and cleanliness of the club lounge. Provide service within brand standards, federal, state, and local regulations.

Ensure a prompt, courteous, welcome to all visiting guests

Clean and maintain the club hospitality area, which includes all seating area

Ensure the area is adequately replenished throughout the shift with food and drink during breakfast service

Clear empty glasses, dishes, and debris. Place items in proper areas

Be trained in Front Desk Operations within the OnQ system/food sanitation certification will be required/

Compliance with brand standards for all levels of Hilton Honors training

Clean all spills and breakage immediately

Keep floors clean and dry

Respond to guest requests within this area of work

Assist with all aspects of customer service as requested

Must be able to work all scheduled shifts during 1st, and mid shifts, for AM Service
