About This Job


Essential Duties And Responsibilities
include the following.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Places numbered tags on windshield of automobile to be parked and hands guest similar tag to be used later in locating the parked vehicle.
  • Records time and drives automobile to parking space or points out parking space for guest's use. Patrols area to prevent thefts from parked automobiles.
  • Collects parking fee from guest based on charges for time automobile is parked.
  • Takes numbered tag from guest, locates automobile and surrenders it to guest or directs guest to parked automobile.
  • Services automobiles with gasoline, oil and water.
  • Performs all assigned tasks with enthusiasm, professionalism and courtesy.

Education And/Or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Abilityto read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-to-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other cast members of the organization
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional variables.

Valid Driver's License

The cast member is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Valet Clerks with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally’s Shreveport disciplinary procedures. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Valet Clerks may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. Upon employment, all Valet Clerks are required to fully comply with Bally’s Shreveport policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of Company facilities. Valet Clerks who violate Company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action.
