Hospitality Pool & Beach Attendant
Reports to: Front Office Manager/Director of Rooms
Definition: This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the main hotel swimming pool and hot tub, Villa pool areas including the pool restrooms and Bay Beach. Keeping a good circulation of clean pool towels and making sure trash receptacles are empty, clean and presentable.
General Duties:
Required Skills and Abilities
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to prioritize and organize work. Ability to lift, bend. stoop, push or pull heavy loads, and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in the heat of the season. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, day and evening hours available.
