Description
- Conduct detailed analysis and video review of table games.
- Prepare detailed reports reporting deviations from theoretical win/loss for the Bally’s AC Finance Department.
- Prepare player analysis reports detailing the probability of advantage play, cheating techniques and vulnerabilities for employee/agent collusion issues.
- Provide analysis of all casino department operations and assist the Director of Surveillance and the Surveillance Operations Manager in writing department policies and procedures regarding said operations as they affect the daily operations of the Surveillance Department.
- Conduct table games and cheating method training for Surveillance Department Personnel.
- Conduct Finance Income Audit reviews when inconsistences with Table Game/VLT drop amounts are found and submit a detailed incident report regarding the inconsistencies.
- Cover open supervisor shifts as needed and directed by the Surveillance Operational Manager.
Conduct analysis of game play requested by Table Game Management with the use of BJ Survey and provide the detailed report to the Director of Table Games and the Director of Surveillance for review of possible advantage players.
