The Pierre Hotel, one of the world's premier luxury destinations, is seeking a Human Resources Manager who is experienced in all aspects of Human Resources Management and is hands-on. The role requires poise, the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Public relations, written communication and verbal abilities are strong factors for success. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must have two years prior HR experience required including knowledge of Federal, State and Local employment laws, ideally in a luxury property setting
• Prior experience working within a unionized environment is essential
• A four-year college degree or HR Management degree is required
• Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as analyzing and organizing strengths
• Position requires the preparation of spreadsheets, weekly and monthly reports, and presentations
• Strong computer abilities necessary, to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS
• 2-3 years HR management experience, preferably in employment and benefits and training
• Strong recruitment and networking skills required
• Strong knowledge and ability to work with and analyze spreadsheets and to complete mathematical calculations
• Excellent presentation skills is a must
• Written communication and verbal abilities are strong
• Candidate must be able to handle multiple requirements of fulfilling Department Head-level duties when necessary
