Description

General Duties:

• Trash removal from all public areas.
• Sweep/Mop corridors and stairwells.
• Deep clean public restrooms.
• Clean pit areas daily.
• Keep elevator landings clean, swept/mopped and elevator doors smudge-free.
• Remove cobwebs from all areas (stairwells, corridors, railings, light fixtures, walls, doorways, etc.).
• Empty trash receptacles weekly.
• Power wash corridors, stairwells, and pool area quarterly.
• Monitor quantity of supplies and notify manager of shortages.
• Power wash parking garages biannually.

  Employment standards:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work holidays and weekend.
• Must have working knowledge of all cleaning equipment.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Maintain proper associate uniform standards and footwear which is slip resistant, enclosed toe and heel.

  Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Must be physically fit.
• Able to bend and stoop.
• Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Employee is required to walk, sit, push, or pull.
• Must be able to interact with co-workers and customers and have a sense of TEAM.
