The Holiday Inn Express Rocky Hill, CT is presently accepting applications for  their Part Time Night Auditor Position.

The Night Auditor contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence.

What you will be doing

• Preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work between hours of 11pm-7am.
• Guest registration process, posting, and balancing charges and settlements for property management system.
• Communication of hotel services/promotions and resetting the systems for the next day's operations, as well as all Front Desk functions during the overnight shift. 
• Setting up Daily Breakfast Items until Morning Kitchen Staff arrives.
• Being Manager on Duty during entire shift and assisting guests.

This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous hotel night audit experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge/Familiarity of Opera Property Management System
• Previous Hotel Affiliation with IHG Brands like Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn Preferred.
