What You Will Be Doing

• Inspect the work activities of room attendants, lobby attendants and others within the department by inspecting the cleanliness of guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobby to ensure a clean and well maintained product is presented to every guest.

Job Description

• Ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained and will direct associates to correct any deficiencies.
• Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
• Completing graded inspections of public areas and houseperson’s checklists.
• Initiate and coordinate with maintenance to ensure that maintenance requests are initiated on a timely basis and that property is maintained in a like-new condition.
• Inspect all areas of the hotel (rooms, public space, back of the house, grounds) to ensure sanitation, brand and health standards are met.
• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established brand and hotel standards.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years previous housekeeping experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi task
