What you will be doing: You will be the primary catering sales manager for our luxurious hotel, serving as a key member of the hotel sales team. In this role, you will promote the hotel to prospective clients, sell, upsell and negotiate, prepare proposals and contracts, and remain dedicated to helping our guests create memorable experiences!
What you should bring to the table: A passion for excellent guest service, prior experience as a sales or banquet/event manager, a high energy level, excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills, plus a keen attention to detail.
When you will be working: While your schedule will be primarily during office hours, you will need to be present to meet clients during for site visits and during their events.

For applicants who will be working in California, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $22.26-$26.31 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
