Position Summary

Under the direction of the Beverage Brew Master, the Beverage Brewer is responsible for the brewing process, quality control standards, day-to-day brewing production, bottling, and packaging of the soda, cleaning; and maintenance of brewing facility and all associated equipment and supplies. This position provides hands on support to the Beverage Brew Master to include recipe development and record keeping to ensure the final product is consistent with the established standards and of the highest quality. Ensures that the department operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures dictated but not limited to IHS.  Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. 

Minimum Qualifications  

High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year of experience in a commercial kitchen or manufacturing environment.  Experience with following recipes or following equipment/process instructions required.  Professional brewing/cellar experience in a production brewery and/orformal brewing education from a credited brewing program preferred.  Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities.  Must be 21 years of age.  No felony, theft or stealing convictions.  Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, background investigations, obtain and maintain gaming license.  Navajo preference.
