As a Chef de Partie, you will fill a support role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals through management of the daily operation of the kitchen operations of the food and beverage department. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of all food items, based on standardized recipes, for all applicable Food and Beverage Outlets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Food Production manager in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
This position will be directed and supervised by a Department Head or General Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position will be focused on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments. Other duties may be assigned as required by the business and /or training for career advancement.
