Hotel Maintenance Engineer

As Maintenance Technician at Canopy by Hilton Memphis Downtown Beale Street you will play a pivotal role in assisting with various projects within our hotel while providing upscale guest service. 

In this role you will be responsible for performing tasks in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar handyman role 
• Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Flexible work schedule 
• Ability to lift, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Hotel experience preferred
• Hilton brand experience is beneficial
