Director Of Revenue Management

As a Director of Revenue Management for our hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management, including pricing, inventory, and distribution strategy. Your role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability for the hotel. This is an on-property position.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Developing and implementing pricing and inventory strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.
• Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure revenue goals are aligned with business objectives. Managing distribution channels and partnerships to increase visibility and drive bookings.
• Utilizing revenue management software and tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Developing and delivering revenue management reports and presentations to senior leadership.

Education

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies preferred or an equivalent combination of education.

Experience

•  5+ years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry (Hilton brand preferred).

•  Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
