What you will be doing

The Fund Accounting Administration Position is responsible for cash monitoring and accounts payable for various private equity investment funds.

• Daily cash monitoring

• Cash reconciliation

• Perform wire transfers for partner distributions/vendor payments

• Performs various administrative duties and special projects as needed to support fund accounting team.

The ideal candidate for this position

A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.

• 2+ years’ experience of accounts payable experience and basic bookkeeping preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo

• Ability to proactively communicate and work effectively with Fund Accounting team and outside vendors

• Strong analytical skills and ability to accurately process numerical data

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

• Excellent organization skills and must thrive in a teamwork setting

• Bachelor's Degree
