Requirements:

• Prior Food Service experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Must be able to work 6 AM-11 AM 
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts, food, and beverage, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service even during peak dining hour
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Marriott brand experience is beneficial

We are happy to work and partner with Full-Time or Part-Time Internship Programs, Technical School (including High School Tech) Co-Op opportunities, and per diem shifts during school breaks. Work schedules can be flexible to accommodate class schedules, and rotation with other students during Co-Op weeks.

Full-Time positions are benefits eligible including time off, travel discounts, medical and other insurance options are also available.
