The Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is seeking positive and professional Front Desk Agents to join our TEAM. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy connecting with guests consider this opportunity!

As Front Desk Agent, you will be a member of our dynamic TEAM providing outstanding customer service, and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. 

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar customer service role
  • Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Hyatt brand experience is a plus

Full-Time positions are benefits eligible including time off, travel discounts, medical and other insurance options are also available.
