Bistro Server / Bartender (PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen staff promptly and accurately.
• Prepare food items according to recipes and guest specifications.
• Prepare and serve cocktails according to recipes and in accordance with state alcohol laws.
• Prepare and serve basic coffee drinks with proficiency.
• Compute bills and accept payments.
• Clear and clean tables; reset counters and tables for next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, wait station, and guest areas.
• Stock kitchen and bar supplies at the end of each shift.
• Ensure all temperature logs and waste logs are accurately maintained.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Friendly and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation is a plus.
