Your Role

As the Director of Sales, you'll be at the helm of the sales and marketing team, guiding them towards achieving the hotel's revenue objectives. With your deep understanding of the hotel industry's sales and marketing process, you'll strategize, execute and drive growth. Not just that, you'll also get the chance to flaunt your skills at industry events and trade shows, representing a hotel that's the talk of the town!

Your Responsibilities

• Create and execute sales strategies for all our irresistible offerings - rooms, catering, and meeting spaces.
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team to reach their goals and realize their full potential.
• Nurture relationships with key accounts - meeting planners, travel agents, corporate clients - they'll all be part of your network.
• Wear the marketing hat, manage our website, craft marketing materials, and implement successful marketing plans.
• Keep a keen eye on sales data, identifying trends and unearthing opportunities.

Is This You?

We're looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably with Hilton. You'll need to bring your A-game in managing Consortia & BT accounts, and have a proven record of achieving sales targets. What's more, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, independence, teamwork, and attention to detail will be the key to your success here.
