Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Engagement and Development Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, AR. As an Engagement and Development Manager, you will be responsible for implementing new hire orientation and training for compliance and property on-boarding. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 – $66,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Conduct new hire orientations including compliance, house rules, and service standards while ensuring a positive experience for new hires
  • Work with departmental leads to develop new hire departmental onboarding
  • Coordinate new hire follow-ups at regular intervals to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
  • Coach managers and team members as needed to address service standards based on survey results
  • Develop, implement, and track rewards and recognition programs to meet company standards and inspire team members and managers

More about you

  • Minimum of 3 years of in-person training, working with large diverse groups
  • Familiarity with training software and ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of training programs
  • Ability to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, and be able to persuade others to change their minds or behavior
  • Knowledge of principals and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
  • Ability to disseminate reports, using analytics to recognize gaps in training and areas to emphasize
