Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking for Golf Member Services Attendants at our 4 Championship-level courses. This position serves as an outside golf service attendant, assisting golfers with golf carts and equipment, and maintaining an efficient outside service area.

*Golf Member Services Attendant is a tipped position.

Job Description:

Horseshoe Bay Resort is hiring dependable team members to join us as Golf Cart Washers. This position focuses on washing, restocking, and properly storing golf carts at the end of each day. Please note this is a non-tipping position. Compensation is hourly.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Wash and dry golf carts after guest use
  • Restock carts with scorecards, waters, and other amenities
  • Safely park and store carts at the end of the day
  • Keep the cart barn and work area clean and organized
  • Communicate any damage or mechanical malfunctions on golf carts to management
  • Work collaboratively with the golf operations team to ensure smooth end-of-day flow
  • Collecting/retrieving used and dirty golf carts from parking lot and other respective areas routinely

    Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license required (golf carts must be driven around resort property)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Afternoon to evening availability, including weekends and holidays
