Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 – $110,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Oversee facility maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements
• Manage and perform maintenance on electrical components (12v120v/220v), plumbing (copper/cast/PVC/PEX), HVAC systems (heating/cooling/mini splits), kitchen equipment (industrial/household), fixtures, fleet vehicles, and heavy equipment across all properties
• Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to ensure contract deliverables are met, prioritize projects, and assist with annual maintenance planning and budgeting
• Train team members on department policies and procedures to ensure a safe, effective work environment, and all paperwork, work orders, and logs are completed and maintained
• Perform carpentry, painting, and other maintenance needs
• Participate in fire prevention and safety programs 
• Skill in dealing with guest and employee complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations to maintain customer and employee goodwill
• Ability to drive company vehicles and operate equipment throughout the property

More about you

• At least five years’ experience managing a team
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties
• Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• No degree required

Physical requirements

• Visual acuity is sufficient for reading, performing repairs, and painting
• Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions
• Occasionally exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals
• Noise level may be moderate-to-high
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
