Role Overview

Contribute to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining our rooms and facilities to the highest standards. Your commitment to excellence ensures every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail, following Naples Hotel Group and brand standards.
• Execute tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, making beds, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are pristine and furnishings are impeccably maintained.
• Efficiently report room status and maintenance issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Interact with guests warmly, addressing requests promptly and courteously.
• Uphold confidentiality and security protocols, safeguarding guest and company information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, ideally within hospitality.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds independently.
• Engagement in frequent physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Proficiency in navigating stairs and various property environments.
