Under general direction, the Housekeeping Clerk answers incoming departmental calls in regards to team members, members, owners or guest’s needs and dispatches requests using two-way radio, telephone, and the Company’s Engineering management system to build and supervise work orders.

The Sales Gallery Manager is responsible for Sales Gallery Coordinators and Gifting Coordinators. In this role will provide support to the team on how to deliver outstanding levels of guest service both internally and externally as well as encourage a positive working environment at all times. This role reports directly to the Sr. Business Manager and will be responsible for the recruiting and selection of talent, onboarding, training, performance management, mentor and counseling, scheduling and recognition. Partners with Sales & Marketing Management in order to ensure the Hilton core value of Hospitality is being maintained in all customers facing interactions and between the Sales and Marketing teams. This position will lead by example and be willing and able to cover shifts in the variety of roles as needed.
