The Finance Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing full service administrative support to the Director of Finance. The Administrative Assistant will assist in coordinating all offices services; managing daily schedules, responsible for management of office equipment, answering multiple phone lines, routing calls, composing general correspondences, receiving guests to the office, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with budget preparation/financial reports, taking notes/meeting minutes, records control and special administrative and clerical projects.

The Customer Support Engineer II works directly with Live! Team members, providing world class customer service and support. The “go to” people for internal and external inquiries. Work to resolve customer issues is the first priority. This is an intermediate position that performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of technology-based products typically associated in an end-user computing environment. A Customer Support Engineer II is the first point of contact for all issues reported by both external and internal customers. This position requires both technical and customer service skills to diagnose and resolve the issue.

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for auditing of all requisition forms and fills for accuracy and performing other administrative duties related to food, beverage and general supplies inventory.
The Lead Drop and Count team member is responsible for assisting the Drop and Count Supervisor in ensuring the collection of all drop boxes from the gaming floor; placing the drop boxes on the designated cart, securing the cart for transport from the casino floor to the count room. Also, in the same workday, The Lead is responsible for ensuring the counting all the currency, coin, tickets, and coupons from each drop box. Proceeds from other casino or food & beverage department activities may also be counted, such as food and beverage cash turn in and employee tip turn ins.

· The Promotions & Special Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and being the focal point for promotions and special events at Live! Casino. Position will be characterized as the be all, do all for all promotions and events. The Coordinator will perform special projects at the direction of the Promotions & Special Events Manager. Successful promotions and special events are an integral part of Live! Casino being the #1 regional gaming and entertainment experience.
The Receiving Attendant is responsible for the overall inventory and security of stored items. Responsible for overseeing the receiving and stocking supplies, and making deliveries.
The Restaurant Host welcomes guests when they arrive to venue and bidding goodbye as they leave to create a lasting positive experience.
The Risk Manager oversees, reviews, and manages critical risk management functions, including Safety and Loss Control, Claims and Workers Compensation. Monitors all activities involving these operations, including developing department Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring all disciplines and processes are in compliance with Gaming Regulations, OSHA and state laws.?Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
The Scheduling Clerk is responsible for scheduling of gaming, and non-gaming operational department team members; ensuring the economical team member staffing for the property while maintaining adequate staffing for excellent guest service. Assists scheduling casino personnel and keeping all records pertaining to casino employees up to date. Optimizing and creating weekly department schedules aligning labor to department volume for business needs. Work with each department to meet labor FTE goals and initiatives.

The Security First Responder administers first aid treatment to and transport sick or injured persons to medical facility working as a member of the Live emergency medical team.
The Security Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of security officers, and processes providing security, and a safe environment while ensuring protection of guests, team members and Live assets in the absence of the Shift Manager with all related duties and task.
The Slot Bench Technician repairs, maintains, and monitors the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Participate in the physical move of any Slot related equipment.

The Surveillance Lead Operator is accountable to ensure the security and safety of our customers & team members as well as protecting casino assets via CCTV. The Surveillance Lead Operator will assist in the development of newly hired Operators.

The Surveillance Technician I is responsible for the maintenance and overall up keep of all surveillance equipment and alarm systems.
The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for the successful operation of the Table Games area, assuring integrity of the games, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring guests have a favorable gaming experience.
The Uniform Room Attendant is responsible for assisting with coordinating, maintaining and distributing uniforms to Live! Casino Pittsburgh team members and vendor uniforms. The attendant is also responsible for assisting with the distribution of locks and lock combinations.
The Utilities Attendant is responsible for keeping the grounds maintained with a clean, neat, and orderly appearance. Grounds to include parking structure/lots/garage, valet drop off/pickup and all other outside areas within the scope, control and responsibility of Live! Casino.
The Valet Cashier is responsible for collection of valet parking fees from casino patrons.
The VIP Host is responsible for providing customer service and assistance to VIP players; and all guests in Live! Casino high limit rooms and around the casino where necessary. The VIP Host will ensure that the highest quality of service is provided so that Live! Casino guests have a favorable gaming experience. Will also assist with guest functions to ensure guest retention and repeat business.
