The Title 31 Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Title 31 Compliance Officer in maintaining the Title 31 Compliance program to ensure compliance with applicable Federal and State gaming regulations. The Title 31 Coordinator is also responsible for understanding and complying with Title 31, Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and requirements for Live! Improves program margin through management of reinvestment and other expenses. Implements and capitalizes on corporate, division and property VIP player’s initiatives, including VIP players contact management objectives. Maintains strong service culture with high employee and guest satisfaction levels. The Casino Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Relationship Marketing team with direct supervision of the VIP Host team and indirect supervision of the Executive and Senior Executive Hosts.

The Director of Facilities is responsible for the overall physical maintenance of the property to include daily maintenance and upkeep, preventative maintenance programming, contracting vendors for specialized maintenance contracts and overseeing all property projects including Casino Floor Changes and construction. The Director of Guest Experience is a key property leader in consistently and continuously improving the guest experience for guests at Maryland Live Casino & Hotel. The main role is to create engagement around guest service by delivering a genuine and elevated experience. The Guest Service Director will partner with our operational directors to develop a strategic plan to highlight and communicate the Live! brand by delivering exceptional guest experiences to drive both internal team member engagement as well as external guest engagement. This includes analyzing and evaluating existing service delivery systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing service initiatives geared towards continuous improvement. This position will promote and defend the shared vision of outstanding guest service at the property, from the top down, and always represent the guest’s views and interests.
