• Casino Customer Service Rep - Bilingual (Guest Services)

  It is the primary responsibility of the Casino Concierge to assist in the creation of guest loyalty by providing unparalleled guest service while enthusiastically promoting the Wind Creek Rewards program. This position will ensure the delivery and execution of service excellence to internal and external guests and foster a culture that is passionate about delivering world-class guest service. All duties are performed in accordance with the departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Purpose.

• Cashier / Kiosk Team Member (Finance/Accounting)

  The Kiosk Team Member (Cash Control Cashier/Dual Rate) is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all kiosk redemption, jackpot stations, and coin redemption machines throughout the facility. They must convey a consistently professional, friendly and courteous manner, with all customers and team members.

• Security Supervisor (Bilingual) (Security)

  The Security Supervisor is responsible for the security, safety of the guests, employees and visitors. The Security Supervisor is also responsible for the security and control of the casino’s property and its assets.  This position involves a high level of guest contact and customer service, and may involve handling problem guests.

• Poker Supervisor (Table Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Poker Room Supervisor is to supervise poker games ensuring unmatched guest service, proper game pace, proper rake and compliance with all gaming and Wind Creek regulations and procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.

• Handyman / Painter (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Technician I performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. This is an entry level position.

• Facilities Supervisor (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor provides supervisory level work assignments. Chiefly, acts as coach, trainer, and leader building skill levels of all on crew by example and demonstration. Frequently performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on Hotel and Casino buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. This position is a Shift Manager level position.
