• Assistant Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  The Assistant Front Office Manager will assist in the planning, direction, coordination and execution of all activities and personnel within the front office departments to include front desk, bell/door, PBX, concierge (if applicable). The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that all front office activities are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service. The Assistant Front Office Manager will achieve desired outcomes through assisting in the creation, development, and maintenance of a competent, motivated, and empowered staff. The Assistant Front Desk Manager will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to the front office staff daily. In the absence of a Front Office Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager will fulfill this role.

• Bellman (Guest Services)

  We are in search for flexible Bellperson who can work either AM or PM; this is an ON CALL position.  At least 2 days/wk for 1st month for Orientation at least.

• Convention Set Up Crew - Banquets (Catering/Banquet)

  The Convention Setup Crew is responsible for the setup and breakdown of furniture and other conference materials within the conference rooms of a Conference Center. 

• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Cook will prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts for the hotel. 

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Flexible help in Front Office needed - someone who can fill in on-call.

• Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeper will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of guest's rooms in an orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

• Operations Manager (Operations)
