• Revenue Analyst (Revenue Management)

  Revenue Analyst works directly with the Hotel Manager/General Manager/Director of Sales & Marketing to maximize hotel revenue via daily management of room inventory and pricing across all segments. Develop and recommend room rates and availability strategies to optimize mix of business through multiple distribution channels. Responsible for driving analysis, compiling reports and developing models to support better decisions across the business.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Washes china, silverware, glassware, pots and pans. Empties trash. Washed down mats. Keeps kitchen and respective areas clean and organized.

• Maintenance Tech (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Performs basic repairs and preventive maintenance on property or facility equipment and systems, including plumbing and electrical systems. Repairs or replaces electrical switches, receptacles, fuses, small light fixtures, and vacuum outlets. Adjusts thermostats to maintain desired temperature. Hangs pictures, bulletin boards, cabinets. May do light painting and other miscellaneous work.

• Food Runner (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Sets and resets dining room tables.  Assists with clearing tables, refilling water, serving bread, and restocking

• Food and Beverage Admin (Administrative)

  General DescriptionFood and Beverage Admin is mainly responsible for the administrative tasks related to the Food and Beverage division.
