The Restaurant Server will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according Hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. He/she will collect payments and assist in the maintenance of the Restaurant area and equipment.
The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing for and serving guests during banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation and warm hospitality.
The Executive Sous Chef will assist in the planning, direction, coordination and execution of all operations within the culinary department. The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that all culinary operations are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service. The Executive Sous Chef will achieve desired outcomes through assisting in the creation, development and maintenance of a competent, motivated and empowered culinary staff. The Executive Sous Chef will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage and provide feedback to the culinary staff on a daily basis. In the absence of an Executive Chef, the Executive Sous Chef will fulfill this role. The Executive Sous Chef will always maintain a hands-on approach to all culinary operations.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for the successful operation and administration of all front office departments to include: front desk, bell/door, PBX, concierge (if applicable). The Front Office Manager must ensure that the department is continually balanced while focusing on providing an exceptional experience to every guest and maximizing department profitability at the same time. The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that all front office operations are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service. The Front Office Manager will achieve desired outcomes by planning, implementing and controlling effective departmental strategies that drive results and through the creation, development and maintenance of a competent, motivated and empowered front office staff. The Front Office Manager will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage and provide feedback to the front office staff, supervisors and managers on a daily basis. The Front Office Manager will serve as the front office liaison to all other hotel departments.
We are looking for a professional, energetic Housekeeper. He/She will have the goal of daily creating a clean and orderly environment for guests, which in turn will directly strengthen the reputation of the hotel and Crestline Hotels & Resorts.
The Lounge Bartender will take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications. He/she also will maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
The Conference Setup Crew is responsible for the setup and breakdown of furniture and other conference materials within the conference rooms of a Conference Center.
