• Director Human Resources (Human Resources)

  We are seeking a Human Resources professional to join our team at the San Mateo Marriott as our Director of Human Resources. This full-service Marriott is convenient to San Francisco Airport and Silicon Valley. Deluxe accommodations feature 476 guestrooms and suites. Food and beverage outlets include 2 restaurants, lounge, coffee shop, gift shop, business center, pool and spa, exercise room. Concierge tower rooms with private lounge. 24,000 Square feet of meeting and banquet space.

• Kitchen Supervisor (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the day to day activities in the kitchen to ensure all activities take place without concern.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A line-Cook is responsible for preparing / cooking all food items based on standardized recipes for the Corporate HQ outlet Banquets/Catering in meeting rooms and Executive Lounge while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Cashier - Restaurant 3 (Food & Beverage)

  The Cashier is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.

• Food & Beverage Supervisor - Restaurant 1 (Food & Beverage)

  The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring first quality Food and Beverage service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. He/she is also responsible for continually working toward improving Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond budget. 

• Barista - Restaurant 3 (Food & Beverage)

  As a Barista you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel's financial goals of the daily operation of the Starbucks facilities and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will prepares and/or serve beverages and/or food to guests to ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced work environment.

• Food & Beverage Director (Food & Beverage)

  We are searching for a dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead the team at The San Mateo Marriott. This full-service Marriott is convenient to San Francisco Airport and Silicon Valley. Deluxe accommodations feature 476 guestrooms and suites. Food and beverage outlets include 2 restaurants, lounge, coffee shop, gift shop, business center, pool and spa, exercise room. Concierge tower rooms with private lounge. 24,000 Square feet of meeting and banquet space.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

• Cook I (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Telephone Operator (Guest Services)

  The Telephone Operator's main responsibility is to responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination; ensuring efficient communication within to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive courteous and efficient customer service.

• Food & Beverage Director (Food & Beverage)

  The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets (Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquets) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquet sales revenues to meet or exceed budget. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure a consistently high-quality food product while at the same time developing his/her team and driving a positive work environment. In addition this position is charged with consistently improving guest and employee satisfaction. The incumbent in this role may function in the role of a Chef as required. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
