• Assistant Director of Food and Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  Our guests can enjoy a casual meal in Tarpon House Restaurant or Courtside Steakhouse, have drinks and tapas either in Charley's Cabana Bar or Cove Pool Bar/Restaurant, or have a romantic sunset cruise in our Sanibel Harbour Princess Yacht. The resort also has over 35000 sq ft of flexible meeting and event space as well as a Palm Court Coffee Shop a large gift shop. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage of the resort would be responsible for overseeing all the resort's F&B outlets operations while assuring professional, friendly, and efficient service to all the resort guests and meeting or exceeding the resort goals as well as providing excellent leadership and training to all team members to help to achieve their maximum potential and goals. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage would report to the Resort Director of Food and Beverage while assisting him/her with daily operations, scheduling, planning, and training. 

• Assistant Director of Front Office (Guest Services)

  The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk, Concierge, At Your Service, and Valet/Bell departments while assisting Resort Front Office Manager with planning day to day operations, organizing the departments, motivating the team members to exceed our guests' expectations and training the Guest Service Agents. This position directly reports to the Director of Front Office and is responsible for supervising Guest Service Agents, At Your Service Agents, Concierge, and Bell/Valet Team Members. 

• Banquet Set Up Attendant (PM) (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Setup Houseperson will maintain and organize all banquet service and storage areas. As well as prepare function space for catered and convention functions. 

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.

• Bell / Valet Attendant (Guest Services)

  Provide the pivotal first impression, setting the tone for the guest experience.

• Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition, Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
