The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk, Concierge, At Your Service, and Valet/Bell departments while assisting Resort Front Office Manager with planning day to day operations, organizing the departments, motivating the team members to exceed our guests' expectations and training the Guest Service Agents. This position directly reports to the Director of Front Office and is responsible for supervising Guest Service Agents, At Your Service Agents, Concierge, and Bell/Valet Team Members.
The Banquet Setup Houseperson will maintain and organize all banquet service and storage areas. As well as prepare function space for catered and convention functions.
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
Provide the pivotal first impression, setting the tone for the guest experience.
Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition, Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
