• Marketing Director (Sales & Marketing)

• Senior Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years of previous Hotel Sales experience.

• Catering Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  As a Catering Sales Manager, you will fill a vital role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals through marketing and supervising catering services, meeting room rental and banquet facilities through direct client contact to maximize revenues and profitability.

• Night Auditor (PM) (Guest Services)

  As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for each guest.    

• Front Desk Associate (PM) (Guest Services)

  As a Guest Service Representative, you will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for each guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by promoting hotel services, facilities and outlets and providing information of upcoming events/functions in the hotel and surrounding areas.

• Baker (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Pastry Cook is responsible for executing bakery offerings and dessert menus in cooperation with the Executive Chef. Ensures the quality of the pastry products. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Chef de Partie (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As a Chef de Partie, you will fill a support role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals through management of the daily operation of the kitchen operations of the food and beverage department.  You will be responsible  for assisting in the preparation of all food items, based on standardized recipes, for all applicable Food and Beverage Outlets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Food Production manager in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Food Runner (AM Weekends) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As a Busperson, you will fill a supportive role in your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of the restaurant, banquet facilities, room service and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will assist the food servers by ensuring the dining room areas remains clean and safe by removing/bussing and resetting tables with clean utensils, china, glassware, necessary supplies and equipment.

• Server - LAK Columbia (Food & Beverage)

  As a Food & Beverage Server, you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of the restaurant. You will ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service.
