Under the direction the Executive Director of International Marketing the International Host is responsible for ensuring our International VIP guests and patrons enjoy a favorable gaming experience, take care of their needs and provide superior service to all guests and patrons. Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations.
In conjunction with the Executive Director of Guest Services and the Marketing team the Database Marketing Manager will establish Marketing program criteria and develop marketing promotion and campaigns utilizing campaign marketing tools to extract, manipulate and organize data to support all database activities. Additionally, the Database Marketing Manager will design and oversee the development of all database analytics and compile pre and post analysis for all marketing campaigns and special events.
The primary responsibility of the Part Time Table Games’ Dealer is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. A Part Time Table Games Dealer will be required to work as needed not to exceed 32 hours per week in consecutive 90-day rolling quarters.
Under the direction of the organizations VP of Marketing, the Director of Consumer Marketing is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s advertising, public relations, special events, (including outside events/sponsorships), communication activities, community activities, entertainment, policies, objectives ad initiatives. The incumbent will ensure that all forward facing communication such as signage, digital, social media and all advertising communications meet and adhere to one brand position and these outlets that communicate to our clients, both internal and external, will be delivered using the highest and consistent standards.
Under the direction of the organizations Vice President of Casino Marketing, the Director of Player Development is responsible for effectively marketing, evaluating, recruiting, establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with new players. Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations.
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the successful sales effort for the conference, banquet and hotel facility. Creating a wide-ranging approach to revenue opportunities, ADR optimization, selling strategy and booking norms as the first objective. An intimate knowledge of all full-service sales markets for hotel, convention, trade shows, exhibition and banquet events and catering is needed for this comprehensive sales strategy. DOSM sustains a culture of “coaching for performance” and sets monthly leadership expectations relating to common goals for associate growth, more specifically with selling skills development. DOSM is proficient at managing critical sales components including, but not limited to proactive, reactive activities, revenue management yield tactics, marketing campaigns and promotions and the department reporting procedures. In addition to department oversight, this position will actively solicit business with a focus on convention, corporate group event, exhibitions, association and professional tour & travel markets. Participation in trade shows and industry association events in order to sell and market property wide and destination. Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills required for this leadership role. Also responsible to inspire and mentor all resort to on this approach.

Perform routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that both the rooms and public areas are impeccable and properly presented.
The houseperson is responsible for maintaining guestrooms, back of the house working areas and hotel premises in an attractive, clean and orderly manner.
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for enhancing department function and delivering comprehensive human resources programs, initiatives and solutions in support of increased team members and organizational performance. This includes providing proactive, innovative, guest focused Human Resources solutions that are aligned with the needs of the business objectives. Solutions and strategies may include Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Management, consultation on Employee Relations matters, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development, H.R.I.S Administration, Compensation Administration, Policy Implementation and Compliance.

The VP of International marketing is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the International marketing department. Responsible for the generation of new players and retention of current customers. Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. This position is eligible for an incentive program determined by management. Essentially the casino gaming sales force will be measured and evaluated on their contribution of the financial growth, specifically revenue gained through relationship marketing of their VIP players.
