This position is responsible for the daily operational execution of F-B department procedures. Primary focus of the position is to uphold the F-B department high standards of excellence in regards to food quality, cleanliness and guest service.

I. Job SummaryTypically the first and last point of contact for our guests, the bell station position is a critical link to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests; opening doors; moving luggage; acquainting guests with amenities of the resort and their rooms; anticipating guests- needs and meeting or exceeding those needs; responding to and resolving guest inquires and complaints; and coordinating with other departments to ensure guests feel well-cared for and valued. This person should be very comfortable interacting with guests and potential clients in a highly professional manner.
The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen such as menu plans, operations, recipes, financial responsibility, portion and inventory control, food quality, and employee supervision. The Chef de Cuisine provides leadership training and hands-on management of the kitchen staff. The Chef de Cuisine is in charge of executing the food in the main kitchen, drives menu design and kitchen creativity, and is responsible for growing and developing the product and profitability of the foodservice program. The Chef de Cuisine provides a consistent product and experience achieving revenue targets and managing costs as well as ensures all staff under direct supervision are focused and demonstrating a Guest Centric attitude and culture. In addition to maintaining our vision by adhering to our values and management principles, this position must provide the highest level of service to our guests.
Ensure all billing requirements are met.Answer all telephone inquiries in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner and ensure that all pertinent information is noted accurately and legibly and quickly communicated to Catering Sales Managers. Assist and handle all administrative needs of Catering Sales Managers and Conference Service Managers. Prepare all written communications: memorandums, BEOs, contracts, sales letters, cover letters, thank you letters, mailings, collateral, etc.Ensure that administrative operation has adequate par stock of materials necessary to perform all daily tasks and order supplies on regular basis.Perform all administrative duties in a tidy, organized manner and maintain offices in an orderly and guest ready environment at all times.Check all banquet statements and ensure their accuracy.Communicate all last minute changes, additions and cancellations.Ensure that all entries in Sales Force/Delphi are accurate.Attend all necessary meeting and take appropriate minutes.Prepare all necessary reports.Make room reservations as needed and ensure the delivery of amenities.Process all purchase orders and special requests. Order all audio-visual requests as needed.

Job SummaryThe Night Auditor is responsible for the audit, balance and consolidation of departmental ledger accounts, preparation of various hotel operating reports and performing the duties of Front Desk for the evening hours.II.
