  High-End Hotel Transformation Seeks Dynamic General Manager

  The General Manager of our hotel is a dynamic, highly polished, hands-on leader responsible for the successful operation and strategic direction of all hotel departments. This role will play a critical part in leading the property through an exciting transformation as the hotel undergoes a significant renovation and repositions into a more independent, resort-style concept designed to deliver an elevated guest experience. This is not a traditional hotel operations role. We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager with the presence, professionalism, and commercial mindset to lead a more refined hospitality environment, elevate service delivery, strengthen the hotel’s market positioning, and identify opportunities to drive ancillary revenue across the property. The General Manager must demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to lead and inspire teams while executing on both immediate priorities and long-term objectives. This leader will be expected to help shape the guest experience, support the repositioning of the asset, and build a service culture aligned with a more upscale, experience-driven concept.   The HotelMaintenance Technician supports the overall maintenance operations of the hotel, assisting with routine repairs and upkeep related to plumbing, HVAC, lighting, mechanical systems, and general property condition. This role helps ensure that all facilities are safe, functional, and meet company and brand standards.You will work closely with the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor to complete work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and emergency repairs. • Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The Sales & Events Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, resolving guest issues, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence internal and external, managing function room events, and group blocks, and providing hotel tours for prospective clients. Other key responsibilities include being on the property prior to and during events to ensure proper execution per the details of the Contract and Banquet Event Order(BEO). This requires the Sales & Events Coordinator to have open work availability including the ability to work nights and weekends as business needs dictate. Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned by the General Manager and Director of Sales. Given that the Sales & Events Coordinator is a liaison between Naples Hotel Group and its clients, excellent writing skills, concise verbal communication, and listening skills are necessary.
