This role requires exceptional organizational agility, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple executives in a fast-paced, multi-property hospitality environment. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment on behalf of leadership, and serves as a trusted point of coordination between the executive team, property leadership, and external partners.

  The Staff Accountant plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the overall financial health of our Hotel Portfolio 

• Vice President of Operations (Operations)

  The Vice President of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across the company's portfolio of hotels. This role is accountable for driving consistent brand standards, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence across all properties, while developing and mentoring a bench of General Managers and property leadership teams. The VP of Operations serves as the primary link between corporate strategy and property-level execution, balancing centralized standards with the flexibility each asset and market requires.
