  The Food Runner graciously and efficiently delivers food to all guests.

• Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and sales support to the sales team. This role involves handling sales correspondence, preparing sales proposals, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

• Storeroom Clerk (Operations)

  The Storeroom Clerk is responsible for receiving and/or issuing food, beverages, supplies, and operating equipment. They are also responsible for ensuring that all products and services received are consistent with hotel quality standards and communicate all omissions and deviations to appropriate management.

• Bistro Cook / Server (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu including a variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Our Bistro Team Members master a wide variety of food & beverage functions, including cashier, barista, bartending and prep cook.

• Host / Hostess - Blue Aster (Food & Beverage)

  Job Summary: The greeter is at the forefront of the restaurant operation and is the first and last person to interact with the guest. This roll will also work closely and communicate frequently with front of house/ back of house management and staff to ensure a seamless, successful guest experience.
