As the Assistant Banquet Manager, you will assist the Banquet Manager in the effective management and direction of the banquet staff in servicing all banquet activities in order to ensure a successful function and repeat business.
The Banquet Set-up Attendant is responsible for set-up and clean-up of banquet functions as well as monitoring assigned sections during the events to ensure all patrons are served. This position has varying shifts including nights and weekends.

The Cafeteria Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner. Performs food service duties such as light cooking and heating serving food operating dishwashers collecting and disposing of garbage and stocking food inventory.
The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.
