The Front Office Supervisor must ensure high quality service and leadership for the Front of House operations. This individual is responsible for oversight and leadership of the Front Desk team and providing support for all operations. The individual will be well versed in Front Office operations to assist the Agents with guest concerns and overall guest service.

This hybrid position bridges dishwashing and prep cook responsibilities, ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly and safely during all service periods.
This role plays a critical part in supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house success by ensuring all kitchen tools, equipment, and service ware are consistently clean and available, while also contributing to food prep and production.
